All company welders, classified as “A” have undergone series of training in order to fully update their skills. They are tested and certified as qualified welders by Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) formerly NMYC.
The company’s Technical and Administrative staffs are fully supported by Taiwanese and Chinese Technical Consultants at the plant site. Aside from the local highly technical & competent workforce to handle its current projects, it is fully backed up by Taiwanese and Chinese engineers who can be deployed at any point in time.
GEC is also fully backed by professional Administrative and Finance people who can interact easily with customers.
One of its continuing programs is the training and development of young talented engineers who are fresh from colleges and universities.
